30th March (Monday Class): Final Critique

On today's class we had our final critique and had my brochure printed on a bureau (Ink on Marion St.)
On my final critique, I had to alter more tiny details and was advised to go back to a simple cover for my brochure.

This was the last mock up cover I've done before
changing it to the final cover.

26th March: Extra Spread

I've began working on the extra spread, I've chosen to include the Braille alphabet on a page and the other is about Louis Braille, the creator of the Braille system.
We also had an extra class time from Fay & Matt, on that Thursday afternoon and critiques were given.

25th March: Introduction & Map Spread

I was working on the extra spreads on this day and trying to get this ready by Thursday. I got this reference from google maps and altered the map into a simple presentation.

24th March (Tuesday Class): Critique for Cover

After Monday's class, I also tried making a cover for the brochure, it didn't turn successful and I had a light colour for the cover.
On Tuesday's class, We learned how to print double sided on using the printers at Uni and I got a feedback from Fay about the cover. She suggested to me to have the cover in colour and avoid light and white covers.

This was the initial cover, but the orange strip with braille
was looking like a band aid. I had to alter the colours.

23rd March (Monday Class): Critique for Current Spreads

Today's class, we had a critique for the current spreads and had to create a mock up map for our locations.
Base on the critique, It was suggested to me to change the typeface for my location and headings. The coloured strip across the page was also not working and it will look better if I apply the colours into the text. Below are the re-worked spreads.
